Mark with John’s Towing was excellent. I got a flat while pulling into an urgent care with my child. He had the tire off our car before reaching out to me to pop the trunk for the spare so I could focus on my sick kiddo. Mark arrived quickly and was finished within 10 minutes.

First of all my insurance was a nightmare but John's towing saved the day. My wife's car broke down at home on a sunday while I was out of state as a truck driver and my insurance kept changing the date and time for pickup. John's towing towed my wife's car to the mechanic shop on Wednesday evening at the mechanics request and dropped the key off to the mechanic for me at a time that worked for all parties involved not my insurance. John's towing single handedly saved the day and I am so thankful for their understanding and professionalism.

Derrick called to tell me he was on his way. I didn't hear the call, he called until he was able to get ahold of me. When he did, was very pleasant & professional! Where I was sitting on I-44 was not really a safe spot, right next to the guard rail. No room for mistakes, he made sure I was able to exit the van safely! This was all done within the hour of me calling. He was very professional & courteous. I definitely will use them again in the future! When I received the invoice I was shocked on the cost of the service. I thought for sure it was going to be a hell of a lot more than it was! Seeing that just made the service 150% better on top of the 100% I already received from them! I didn't have cash on me for a tip for Derrick, but I did just buy a fresh apple pie that I gave him. I have had vehicles towed several times by this company. Never a problem. Quick service, too. I went through AAA for the tows. Derrick picked up my truck this time. He was very cordial and such a gentleman!

I didn't end up needing a tow truck, but after calling 6 places, John's was the best price by far. He made the phone call so easy and if I didn't find another repair shop closer, I would have had John's tow for me.
