Had my 26 foot motorhome towed on a flatbed from Villa Ridge, MO to Carterville, IL. Tow driver was very courteous.

Dealing with a major breakdown is never fun but they made the whole thing feel like a minor annoyance rather than a disaster. their response time was lightning fast and the operator kept me updated with calls every few minutes until they arrived. When they got there they had the equipment to secure my truck without a single scratch on the bumper. it is so rare to find a business that truly values being on time and doing high quality work without trying to charge you for things you do not need. I have already shared their contact info with my whole family because i trust them that much. they really are the gold standard for towing around here.

Having a car die in the middle of a busy intersection is honestly the worst but these guys handled it like absolute pros. They did not just tow the car they took the time to check the tires and made sure it was positioned safely at the shop. Their service is just on another level compared to the other companies around here because they actually seem to care about the customer. I am so impressed by their speed and their totally fair pricing.

They showed up early/on time to move my car to a shop for work. The vehicle is lowered so I was worried about the front air dam. They took their time and loaded it without incident. The guys were professional and courteous. Took it straight to the shop. Unloaded with no problems. Great experience.

I was stranded on the shoulder for over an hour before I called them, and I am soglad I did, because they showed up so quickly. Their driver was super careful getting my car ontothe flatbed and made sure I felt safe the wholetime. They are easily the best tow company in the areaand i will always call them if i get into a jam again.

Brian just towed my F150 out of what might’ve been a precarious situation for another tow company Due to a leaning tree over a back roadway in which there was only one way in and out. He took his time but was fast and efficient. I offered him a tip but he turned it down. Brian says he takes pride in what he’s been doing for 35 years and was just happy to help. I hope if I ever need a tow again that Brian, from John’s Towing is on the scene! Thanks again, Brian!

He did a fantastic job. My car wasn't starting, my son had tried a multitude of things with no luck. The tow truck driver was super nice. Tried to help with everything he could think of. It still wouldn't start so he hooked it up and took it to the dealership.

My teenage daughter hydroplaned off the road down into trees. Mark ‘s expertise helped recover the car without further damaging it. Then they worked with AAA to tow the car home so the towing part was covered under our AAA policy. Would definitely recommend them!
