John with MAJEED Towing far exceeded my expectations while broken down on I-44 during heavy traffic and with a new 28’ boat in tow after AAA failed me with their vendor network. I called John with MAJEED Towing and was informed he would prioritize my tow of both the vehicle and boat. I immediately received a text from driver, Denny, stating he would be to me in 18 minutes with a flatbed for the vehicle and a hitch for the boat. The driver knew exactly what to do and we were headed to my house an hour away. The driver backed the boat in exactly where it goes then unloaded the vehicle into my driveway. The cost was surprisingly lower than expected which was another reason for a 5 star review. I definitely recommend MAJEED Towing if you ever need a tow.

Mason came and opened my son's car when he locked his keys in. He was so polite and helpful! He also gave me information for a tow. I will definitely have them on speed dial!

Easy to contact. Made an appointment for a tricky tow out of garage on tight driveway. Mason did a great job. Overall very professional. Highly recommend John's!

I called and needed an emergency tow. I was blocking traffic. John’s came out super fast and got me out of a bad spot. Mason was good and fast at his job. Super nice guy. Highly recommend John’s towing and recovery.

Mark with John’s Towing was excellent. I got a flat while pulling into an urgent care with my child. He had the tire off our car before reaching out to me to pop the trunk for the spare so I could focus on my sick kiddo. Mark arrived quickly and was finished within 10 minutes.

First of all my insurance was a nightmare but John's towing saved the day. My wife's car broke down at home on a sunday while I was out of state as a truck driver and my insurance kept changing the date and time for pickup. John's towing towed my wife's car to the mechanic shop on Wednesday evening at the mechanics request and dropped the key off to the mechanic for me at a time that worked for all parties involved not my insurance. John's towing single handedly saved the day and I am so thankful for their understanding and professionalism.

Derrick called to tell me he was on his way. I didn't hear the call, he called until he was able to get ahold of me. When he did, was very pleasant & professional! Where I was sitting on I-44 was not really a safe spot, right next to the guard rail. No room for mistakes, he made sure I was able to exit the van safely! This was all done within the hour of me calling. He was very professional & courteous. I definitely will use them again in the future! When I received the invoice I was shocked on the cost of the service. I thought for sure it was going to be a hell of a lot more than it was! Seeing that just made the service 150% better on top of the 100% I already received from them! I didn't have cash on me for a tip for Derrick, but I did just buy a fresh apple pie that I gave him. I have had vehicles towed several times by this company. Never a problem. Quick service, too. I went through AAA for the tows. Derrick picked up my truck this time. He was very cordial and such a gentleman!

The most reasonable pricing in my area. Super quick to get to me, and the driver was very nice. Will continue to use this company should I need to in the future!
